Self Insured Patients – $649 Capped

There is a $99 booking fee payable at the time of booking (non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the procedure). Self-insured patients will then be charged $550 for the procedure. A Medicare rebate of approximately $144.90 can be obtained with your invoice after the procedure from Medicare.


Insured Patients – Between $99-$649

There is a $99 booking fee payable at the time of booking (non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the procedure). Insured patients (depending on your level of coverage) will then have a $0 out-of-pocket cost for the procedure with respect to the hospital fees. If you have an excess or co-payment agreed with your health fund, this will be payable prior to admission and will be taken as confirmation 2 days prior to your procedure. Sedation which requires an Anaesthetist may incur additional fees.

  • Insured patients (depending on your level of coverage) will have a $0 out-of-pocket cost for the procedure with respect to the hospital fees (including the cost of any light sedation if required)
  • The surgeon will be paid an out of pocket fee of $99 (payable to secure your booking and non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the procedure) which he will receive in addition to any amounts paid to him by your health fund
  • If you have an excess or co-payment agreed with your health fund, this will be payable prior to admission and will be taken as confirmation 2 days prior to your procedure.

Overseas Patients

Patients who are from overseas and do not hold a valid Medicare card will not be entitled to a Medicare rebate on the procedure. The total cost of the procedure for overseas patients, excluding sedation, will be a flat fee of $649.


Note: All patients will be required to pay a $99 deposit by credit card at the time of booking, which is non refundable should you cancel your appointment within 7 days of your admission.
